I do not recommend Start HTML Pro if you count on customizing it. The theme is not respecting the existing Bootstrap styles (you can't apply bt-sm to buttons since it only uses the default size), there are dozens of scss errors and its not easy to pick which features to use since all the plugins scripts are bundled into one file. Great design, but as a developer it makes me feel I'm making remodeling on a very old house that always comes up with a new mind blowing surprise behind each wall. Best template I ever used! A great amount of pre-made elements you can just use. A massive range of plugins and libraries, which are even customized to fit the overall design language (which is awesome by itself). Overall incredibly well-done and worth every penny.
